Welcome to my first-ever Mock Draft! I’ve been working on this for a while, and trying to find a way to put a more interesting spin on the project. The normal way to do a mock draft is to just go chalk; what is the consensus across the media? Another way I considered is to just do it as I would do it, were I in their shoes; that seemed a waste of time, as I want this to be somewhat predictive.
So, like all great geniuses, I thought — what if I did both 15% more poorly than if I just did it one way or the other? So that’s what I did. I created a mock draft that squints at what teams might do and I sometimes went chalk and sometimes I went directionally correct and sometimes, my friends, I even zagged. Yes, you heard me — I even had an original thought of my own.
The format of this article is a gallery, in which you click on the small pictures that are not legible and they become big pictures that are legible. I am doing it this way because I am tired of long scrolling like I did with all my other projects. Also, this way, I get to make a lot of fun graphics (that I obsess over and change a million times!)!
